rough start, but the day got better
Yesterday was the first day of steroids. She had a rough night because the steroids gave her a little too much energy and made her kind of jumpy. They balanced that off with something else to help her sleep, but it was a bit of a restless night. This morning was tough as the combination of steroids, pain meds, stuff to help her sleep, and food didn't make for a good combination in her stomach.
By mid-day, she was in good shape and we had quite a visitors again today. We're seeing the primary Oncology doctor again tomorrow and he'll give us an exact date as to when she'll be starting chemo and more details around the specific treatment plan.
I did quite a bit of shopping today to pick up some new PJs and hospital gear (those gowns are horrible).
Yanks are out of it. I cant believe we've fallen to fourth place. Steelers win. J-E-T-S win. Must be football season!

Say you went to the ballpark
Say you went to the ballpark and watched the pitcher throw a perfect game supported by one defensive gem after another 117-102 braindumps. The team wins 1-0.
Do you even notice all the base-running blunders and double-play balls generated by an anemic offense?
Well, that's kind of what Saturday's football game in Death Valley was like HP0-J24 braindumps. Anything Parker and the Clemson offense did wrong was masked by the closest thing to a perfect game you'll ever see a defense pitch - JN0-350 braindumps - at least until weather intervened and spoiled the mojo.
Hi Tom, VB here.
Hi Tom:
Remember me?. My heart sank when I read Ira’s e-mail today. But then I thought, “What the heck! No one ever comes to this world with any immunity or guarantees.” Guess what? Bad things do happen to good people. But I know that among many good things that you have, strength is one that you have in abundance. So hang in there. She’ll be fine. You’ll be fine. We all will be fine. Soon it will all be the thing of the past.
My thoughts and prayers are with you both.
VB
Tom and Anna, I wish a quick
Tom and Anna,
I wish a quick recovery for Anna. I understand what you are currently living as my father had leukemia as well. Being positive is very important and I can tell you both are while I read Tom's lines. You will be in my prayers.
Regards, Jose
Dearest Anna, Tom’s email was
Dearest Anna,
Tom’s email was forwarded to me last night and I felt my heart drop as I read it. I’m thinking about you all the time and I’m praying for your fast recovery. The more I think about you, your strength, kind heart, and your love for life; I know that you will get through this.
I wanted to let you know that I’m here for you, if you should need anything at all...
Love,
Tanya
Hey
Just checking in to see how things are going. Sorry you had a rough day yesterday. I'm thinking about you guys all the time. I guess the Jets have a shot of winning the AFC East this year. That's too bad about Brady and the Pats...not! And the Yanks are a disgrace. By the way, dummy (that would be me) confused username and password, hence the "sarita13." It's the name of the character in the story I'm writing, which I use in all sorts of variations for my multiple passwords. Anna is used to me doing scatterbrained things like that, so it should come as no shock to her. Take care, guys and know that you're always on my mind.
Love,
Mario
Hi
Hope you are feeling good today, just checking on you. I can't wait to see you tomorrow.
Sending Good thoughts and wishes...
Dear Tom, Anna and Family-
Just want you all to know that I am sending you nothing but good thoughts and warm wishes. I will be keeping you all in my prayers as you go through this difficult time. Just know that there are many people out there that will be praying for you and sending good vibes so that Anna can feel well again and return home to her family as quickly as possible. God Bless you all and get well Anna. Fondly - Phyllis (Syncsort)
PS - I am writing this during my abbreviated lunch time and relaized that I misspelled my own name (Bennett). Tried to change it but could not do so, therefore, my own name will be a typo throughout this blog. Not too many people misspell their own names :)
Hola
Hi Mamita Mamita how are you doing today. What's up T.
I am so glad I got to visit with you yesterday. Planning to see you Tues and/or Wed if you are up to it. Will call before to check. Did you eat the Cinnabon? You gotta eat Mamita--- I know it's hard and hospital food can be kindy yucky but if you want anything from the outside (and it's ok with your Dr.) just let me know.
Luv ya guys. See you soon.
Isabel

Hi!
I'm so happy to know this blog will keep me connected to you at all times. My mom and Harold send greetings and wishes of healing your way. My mom and I decided to fast for 30 days along with constant prayer for you. I never fasted before so I'm a little nervous. As you know, I love to eat (smile). But I'm willing to make this sacrifice for you, my dear friend.
Harold and I plan to come visit soon. But we will check with Tom first. When I come I'll have some info for you that will help you get through the chemo like the champ you are. These tips helped my grandma tremendously. So I'm sure they will help you too.
I also plan to bring scripture readings for you to read throughout the course of your treatment. I too will focus on these scriptures.
I love you Anna! Please call me if you need anything.

Hi Anna!
Hey Anna darling,
It's Stephanie here. I've been thinking about you for days and days. I love you very much. I'm sending the good, healing vibes your way -- and major prayers are already in the works. I am all ready to take care of anything you need -- just let me know. Plus, if anyone in the hospital gives you a hard time -- I'm your gal! One call and I'm there to kick you know what!
Love you,
Stephanie
Muy Querida Anna,
Titi Mariela aka "Juana la Loca" here. Know that you and your entire family are enfolded in the loving arms of your extended (extensive ;-) family. The moment I heard, I ran to my China closet and looked at the picture of your family, but especially at you and sent you a healing prayer. I always hold my dear ones in prayer, but at this time mine are especially for you. If you need anything or just want a little work done, I'm available...
Love Always, m
