birthday wish come true
Relatively quiet day today, which is a good thing. Temp and heart rate are back to normal. Liver functions are getting closer to normal, but still being watched closely.
At 11:45pm tonight she was moved out of the ICU and back to the Oncology floor. I think this was a good way to cap off her b-day. This is good for a few reasons - obviously, it means she is doing better and also it is a bit more comfortable up on the Oncology floor.
Quite a few cards, comments and other things to cheer her up today. She's feeling pretty good physically. Her spirits remain high and her faith is strong.
We're going to hold off on visits at least for Saturday. Sunday is questionable at this point. More to follow tomorrow. Have a great weekend and thanks everyone for all the birthday comments, well wishes, prayers and support.

That's good news. I guess it was a good ending to your special day. I'm very happy to hear that you were able to get out of the ICU. I hope you are feeling much better today. Let me know when I can come by. I was thinking about you yesterday....Luka was celebrating his 9 months...since he was born on the 12 of December. Also if you can think of a list of things we can bring.....Tom if you could post it on here it would help a lot of people I am sure. Ok, I'm so tired, I'm going to retire on front of the TV for a bit before I go to bed. I love you guys and I'm sending special prayers for you.

Sorry to hear about the craziness that's gone on the last few days. I called to wish Anna happy birthday yesterday, and they told me she was in ICU. I don't know if the word was passed on. It's good to know that things have become more stabilized at this time. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys, as I recall a fond memory of the two of us celebrating our birthdays together on a great Saturday afternoon. Take care.

Anna, I am glad you were able to be moved back to oncology and that things are looking up. I just started an additional prayer circle with more friends.
